Before starting, the thought of lifting weights seemed daunting, and I had very little confidence in the gym. However, thanks to my training with Fit to Last, Ive seen a tremendous improvement in my confidence, fitness and strength. The nutrition coaching and body scans have also been informative, offering valuable insights that have helped me achieve my goals.
James, Ali, and all the trainers are lovely, and the sessions are always enjoyable (but also tough!). I highly recommend Fit to Last to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey in a friendly and professional environment.
