They also deeply believe in Judo and how it can be a positive way of life…awesome and strongly recommend to anyone keen on Judo, new to the sport or accomplished!

Virginia Huffman Elegant spa with nice amenities. Beautiful baths and sleeping pods. Relaxing atmosphere with fireplaces and plenty of seating. I indulged in the Nurture Ritual whoch was a delightful 2Hrs treatment with a scrub and mud. After i received a relaxing massage from the same kind and attentive therapist. My only complaint was that it was HOT in the entire facility. After i showered i was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully the massage therapy room was heat controlled.

Crissi Dares The 5 stars is for 2 of the swimming teachers in particular - Patryk and Alfie teaching the 4:30 Monday beginners class. Absolutely excellent! Theyre actively in the pool with the kids, and the attention they give to each individuals ability is brilliant. Were so so pleased with our daughters progress, (and also the growth in confidence thats come with it). Many MANY thanks to them!

Syed Rezvi Absolutely fantastic gym! Jonathon has created an amazing environment that’s welcoming, motivating, and equipped with everything you need to hit your goals. The quality of the sessions and the attention to detail really stand out. I’m not sure if Jonathon is already overbooked, but I would highly recommend getting involved while you can — his expertise and energy make all the difference. Great place, great coach, great results!

Ellen Belém Jetts is the best gym in the Colliers Wood area; always clean, well-equipped, and with a friendly atmosphere. The equipment is modern and always well-maintained, and I love that its never too crowded, even during peak hours. A special shout-out to Lucas, who is an absolute star! Hes always approachable, full of positive energy, and genuinely cares about the members. Hes always there offering helpful tips, answering questions, or just giving you that extra motivation. His friendly attitude make a huge difference and help create a great feel at the gym. Highly recommend it to anyone!
