I really dislike working out in the gym but having a dynamic and energetic session that gives me strength and core training alongside some cardio and flexibility is really engaging and fun. I can’t imagine going back to a ‘normal’ gym as this has improved my motivation and general fitness so much. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and really take the time to get to know you. They create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. The facilities are great too, the gym is always clean and the equipment is of a really high standard.

The community there is welcoming and the place is clean! Shower pressure isn’t bad either. The studio has recently had a facelift and feels really fresh. After recovering from two joint injuries, F45 helped me rebuild my strength and agility surprisingly quickly. I eased into it for the first couple of months, then felt confident enough to go all in. The workouts are genuinely fun, and it’s great that everyone can train at their level while still sharing the same group energy. Multiple morning, noon, and evening sessions make it easy to fit a workout into my schedule.
