1 /5 Ellie P: Absolute No go! I booked an appointment only to turn up and be told that I have not booked one. I spoke to the guy himself who accepted and booked my appointment and then when I turned up told me he has been on holiday and did not speak to me at all. Even after I showed him my call log and he could see for himself that I called their salon he still denied the fact that he booked me in. Extremely unprofessional and totally rude people. The older lady on the last appointment was sitting so far from the desk and kept harshly pulling my hands forward. She is extremely rude , unprofessional and has 0 customer service skills All in all highly not recommended - Avoid at all costs
