She has flawlessly pulled off every nail design I have ever come in with and is a skilled practitioner I trust and look forward to seeing. Nail art, cat eye, croc, blooming polish, chrome, she can do it all! Tina keeps extremely high levels of cleanliness and salon is always impeccable. Not only this, but she cares a lot about the health of her clients nails and will always prioritise this above aesthetics. She cares a lot about her clients and whenever I have wanted to change something she always will, no questions asked to make sure I leave happy with my nails! I can’t wait to get my Christmas nails done this year!

1 /5 Lindsey Linnell: I went here twice and had two of my nails turn green. i went in after one nail went green and asked for advice, i was told that this was a common occurrence and she just redid my nail in a darker colour to cover it up. the next day another nail began to turn green so i did some research and turns out i had a bacterial infection underneath the nails due to lifting and literally everywhere emphasised that you should absolutely not apply any more polish like the technician had. i would take credit for them lifting but after having fake nails for over two years and another friend having three acrylics come off after going here it’s definitely down to the application. i went in again to have everything removed and was told the discolouration was due to me leaving it too long to have the set redone even though i’d only had two infills since having the full set done. After getting them removed i was then told plain polish would be fine to add on top which i decided to google in the salon and again the first thing to show up was absolutely do not. i was still charged for the takeoff and after coming home i noticed that they hadn’t even been removed properly and there was still thick acrylic powder covering the infected area which was the entire reason for me coming in, if i hadn’t of noticed this could’ve led to me needing antibiotics to kill the infection. To add on, i actually showed the technician a photo of a fungal treatment and asked for it specifically but was told she didn’t know what I was talking about and instead tried to apply clear nail polish. Also I was only told I should’ve got a fresh set and not an infill after I came in with a fungal infection. I appreciate the response but have now purchased my own treatment.

2 /5 emma c: My nails were not prepped correctly, the cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed and the nail art was not worth what I payed. I would not normally complain but I do feel I was overcharged for the service and the quality should have been better. I am not from London so I am not used to London prices, but I do know what to expect of the service and this was not it.

5 /5 Elli V: Always so pleased with my nails from here! The girls are so skilled, quick, and attentive to detail. They’re very hospitable and are always working to maintain your nail health. I’ve been going here for a year and will continue to for years to come!
