The trainers are knowledgeable, always on hand, and happy to answer questions on how to use the equipment or demonstrate proper form — making every visit confident and comfortable. They’re genuinely encouraging and inspirational. Highly recommended for anyone serious about training in a supportive environment, and also perfect for complete newbies — non-judgemental, massively encouraging, and welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and ages.
