She really listened, asked about my concerns and my past treatments, and then did a thorough skin exam. You could tell she was genuinely invested in pinpointing the root cause of my issues and finding the right solution. She recommended a detailed skincare routine that fits my skin, my schedule, and my budget. She showed me product options at different price points, let me try them on the spot, and never once pushed me to buy. Above all, she was extremely generous with her time and explanations. The team is so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Samira at the front desk is so helpful and funny, Carys the medical aesthican is such an expert and Daiva the patient consultant knows exactly what your skins needs!
