The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable from the start. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. I was surprised at how smooth and painless the session was—and even after just one treatment, I’ve already noticed a visible improvement. Highly recommend a visit! :)

So far Ive had: * 3 sessions of Hydrafacial Platinum With Bespoke Booster + LED * 3 sessions of Microneedling Face * 1 session of Advanced Electrolysis for few single hair follicles and some broken capillaries. The service is excellent. Clean well equipped clinic with professional, skilled and passionate staff. Margo is very experienced and has always been accommodating and kind. All the treatments have helped a lot with my acne and its repercussions. Would recommend. Thank you ETICA CLINIC!

The customer service from Margo and Nishma is excellent – even though the clinic is quite busy, they’re always warm, friendly, and take time to explain the treatment process and aftercare clearly. Booking appointments is straightforward, and they’ve been flexible when I needed to change my appointment at short notice, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the services are quite pricey, even with packages. Overall, it’s a clean and professional clinic with a wide range of services and personalised advice. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for quality treatments and friendly staff.
