1 /5 Delrose khan: BEWARE!! ZERO RATING! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This salon is to be avoided at all costs and I would definitely not recommend them as a reputable salon. I had a luxury hydro facial treatment and my skin was clear prior to treatment. After the treatment I developed a large infected spot in the center of my face. This occurred due to the salon not using clean equipment and not following the correct procedures. I contacted the salon to explain my skin complaint and they did not accept any responsibility whatsoever. The spot has now left a mark on my face (3 months after I had the facial!!!) which I am really conscious about as it’s on the center of my face. I have visited my GP twice to get antibiotics creams. This is the worst beauty experience I have ever encountered. Please do not use this salon unless you want to end up with major skin issues.

5 /5 Eloise Larkin-Hinds: Lovely place to go to relax and have a treatment; from a quick eyebrow touch up to a full body massage. All the girls are lovely and helpful. Even with covid they go above and beyond to keep the place clean.

5 /5 Debra Dodds: Had Russian lashes done today with Vicky and was so thrilled with the outcome. I’ve tried 2 other lash salons in the last 5 months and the technicians have not been able to achieve the effect I was looking for. Vicky was really professional and knowledgeable about the product and put a lot of time and effort into getting the perfect results!! Nothing was too much trouble and even though it was the end of the day and they were closing she didn’t rush me and even took time to discuss the after care and make an appointment for a top up. The salon is lovely and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I took a brochure with me and the list of treatments are fantastic and all reasonable. I’m really really happy with my experience and will be a regular customer from now on.
