5 /5 Jake Tayler: Ive been training with EMS strength for 2 years and not only do they have the best state of the art EMS equipment, the trainers, Pippa and Harriet have helped push my training to the max. I’ve seen a change in my physique and overall strength and enjoyed every session throughly. They have a good studio and range of equipment, not only am i sold on EMS this is the best studio Ive trained at in Surrey!
5 /5 sharon beare: I have been doing EMS for over 3 years now ( and no other exercise classes) in that time my muscle mass has grown and my weight dropped which is amazing considering I’m 52 .
I find it keeps my muscles tight and strong. It really has been a fun and rewarding experience which I’m not about to stop doing . Harriet and Pippa are fantastic at using my muscle groups to help define my shape - Also I have an old injury in my shoulder which we have to work around to improve.
I’m in my menopause which means I really need to keep my muscles and bones strong to help prevent osteoporosis .

I am hypermobile and was constantly getting injured doing any kind of sport and had a bad lower back and weak shoulders from the last injury. I have been doing EMS twice a week for the last 4 months with Harriet, who is amazing and understands all about back injuries and helpfully pilates so she can quickly adapt any EMS exercise to still target the muscles. I cant believe I have got serious strength now in my shoulders, my back has got so much better and I can even feel muscles in my torso. All without 1 injury! Absolutely love EMS and it has been so good for me.

Leigh Jefford Ive been coming to the Rascal Club for nearly nine months and Sam and her instructors are a blast of positivity and fun. The classes are varied and accommodate all levels of ability and endeavour. The atmosphere in the classes is very welcoming, none of the loud music you often get in other gyms. The other class members are very friendly and dont create a very competitive environment. I would definitely recommend the Rascal Club to the more mature members of the public who want to energise their lives.
Joe Trigg I used this gym for a few months before movi g out of the area and was very impressed. Good equipment, amazing value, spacious, and a wide variety of classes. Shout out to the staff and Liam in particular who is a motivating and knowledgeable instructor.
Id thoroughly recommend this branch and the gym group in general.
