Natasha As a particular customer, especially when it comes to nails and customer service, I can honestly say that the nails were done really well! I normally have an issue with the varnish/ gel being painted too far from the cuticle, resulting in my nails looking grown out after a couple of days. The technician took her time with my nails and checked in to see if I was happy during the process, which I appreciated. All the ladies looked happy to be there (literally ALL of them were smiling!). This makes a difference between a visit and an experience, and this is key when providing self-care services. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and that lady was super sweet too. Based on this experience, I will be returning! Services carried out: shellac varnish with manicure, eyebrow threading & lip wax.

Most recently visited her for a new set of tooth gems and I cannot stress how brilliant the service and customer experience is. Lana has the best customer service I have ever experience, she is so calm and polite and educates you in the service you have. She is incredibly professional and hands out advise that is best for what you want and what is best for your teeth. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back but her gems are so good they last forever!!
