Kerrie-Lee Bearman I attended the taster session this week and found the whole experience very rewarding. Simon is great support and personable and makes you feel like he’s really going to help you achieve your goals. My goal is to rid of my lower back pain exacerbated by my desk job and ensure I stay agile as I age. I’m 50 now so never too late to start. The ladies attending are also very lovely and welcoming. I felt the burn in the class so I know this is benefiting me already. Now signed up for the 12 week programme and look forward to it.

Nicole Lavergne I have been going to Tempo (Hackney and Shoreditch) for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous and clean facilities. One of my favourite instructors is Tatyana, she is constantly introducing us to new exercises while kindly and effectively challenging everyone to do their best. All the reception staff are helpful. Aren in particular always has a warm and calm presence. This sets a really nice tone for how I feel when I arrive at the studio. He helped me through a potentially stressful situation when someone accidentally took my phone home instead of their own. I feel stronger and happier since coming to Tempo so thank you xx

Paul Had my first Reformer Pilates session with Val and it was fantastic. She was clear, patient and really supportive throughout, making sure I understood the movements and felt comfortable on the machine. It was a great full body workout, challenging but really rewarding. I left feeling stronger and more energised. Can’t wait for the next session!
