1 /5 G Kaur: Absolutely pathetic service. Hair dresser was so unprofessional and cut my hair unevenly. I asked for feather cut and she did something else from her own choice. Also she blow dry my hair with curls so that I will not notice the uneven haircut. Owner is not even sorry for this whole drama and said the hair cut looks good.

Basic customer respect is missing, the place isn’t maintained properly, and the haircut itself was rushed and poorly done. They don’t follow instructions, they don’t communicate clearly, and the whole setup feels messy and careless — from hygiene to the way they handle customers. If you expect proper service and professionalism in a haircut, avoid this shop.

1 /5 DJ JAMES GOA: I recently visited this salon for facial services and I swear I had the most pathetic experience of my life ! A lady called Samina promised to deliver the best facial experience but she failed miserably. I started noticing lots of painful acne on my face from the very next day. She scrubbed the scrubbing cream on my hair as well due to which my hair got spoilt too.It was absolutely a horrible experience for me. Unprofessional and inexperienced people like her should not be hired because they bring disgrace to the beauty business!

Totally disappointing and i west my money for this ridiculous service. Please don’t go to this parlour the service is also so bad they don’t know how to work professionally.i even don’t want to give them 1 star they don’t deserved.
