From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and feels like family. Everyone, from the coaches to the members, creates an environment where you’re encouraged to grow, push yourself, and enjoy the journey. The instructors are top-notch, each bringing their own style and energy: •Grace – the only female instructor, and an absolute inspiration. She has incredible technical skills, rhythm, and precision, showing the beauty and discipline of Muay Thai in every movement. •Nate – highly technical and excellent at breaking down the “why” behind techniques, making sure you understand not just how to do something, but how it applies in a real fight. •Sam – a cardio machine! He pushes you to your limits and beyond, helping you build stamina and resilience something that’s definitely needed in Muay Thai. Every class challenges you to step outside your comfort zone, build endurance, and keep improving, and I’ve never once regretted a session. The academy has taught me so much already, and I know I’ll continue to grow with every class I take. DSD isn’t just a place to train it’s a community where passion for Muay Thai is shared and nurtured. I show up to show out, and I leave every class feeling stronger, sharper, and more grateful for the art and the people who teach it!

The staff are particularly impressive, always understanding and accommodating to customer needs. I always feel comfortable and safe training tough martial arts at DSD as it is such a lovely environment. Highly recommend.

5 /5 michele zawa: Great place to learn Muay Thai, Boxing. Krav Maga but also Capoiera and Bjj. Great instructors for all disciplines, highly recommended. Loving the ladies only boxing class. Great fun and fab workout.
