1 /5 Lisa May Thornley: this was such a terrible experience for a manicure and pedicure - rude staff - Helen walked out due to a heated argument right in front of customers and so I refused to pay in full -as I did not get the full experience - sorry but I would not recommend the nail bar experience here at all

1 /5 Lilly L: This is not a professional beauty salon but you pay the same price as you do for other places in London. I came in to get my eyebrows done and the woman did not know what she was doing. A day earlier when she had done my patch test she didn’t even know what to do for that - I mentioned this to the manager but she said that she was confused by having to do a patch test but the tinting would be fine. Half way through she showed me a set of unevenly dyed eyebrows and the manager had to step in to fix what a terrible job she had done. She threaded my eyebrows very thin despite me asking to avoid that and didn’t ask any questions at the start on how I would like them. And they’re not even. The chair doesn’t even have a headrest for eyebrow appointments! A very makeshift setup wish I hadn’t visited at all

1 /5 Maia Ardalla: Terrible experience. Booked with Treatwell I arrived on time and was told I was an hour late even though my booking clearly stated I 2:30. She sat me down didn’t ask me what I wanted for my brows I had to ask, not that it mattered she didn’t listen. She didn’t prep my brows started trimming immediately. Nicked my skin with the thread. Then when it ended I asked for some aloe gel she didn’t even apply it just gave me a tissue and the pad and gel and a mirror and watched me apply it myself. Brows look terrible, worst experience I used to love this place and the old brow tech. Don’t know what happened
