1 /5 I O: I just want to start off by saying I hate leaving negative reviews, but my visit to Dua beauty salon was not what I expected. It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and the lady who waxed me barely greeted or spoke to me. She was quite rough and unprofessional with the wax, as it got stuck to me and she had to tug it about 10 times to try get it off. She left the room mid wax to get a delivery being dropped off and did not shut the door (I was in the room with no clothes on). I still have hairs left and wax left stuck to me, which I had to try get off at home. The waxing stick was double dipped in the wax and I’ve been left with a sore rash.
