She really takes the time to understand what you want, and remembers you between appointments and keeps in touch too so you always feel like you’re getting a truly bespoke experience with someone who’s as invested in your skin’s progress as you are. She’s also super passionate and knowledgeable about what she does - she has great products and really advanced treatment options. It’s so nice having treatments when you know your therapist loves what they do! Feel like I’ve found an absolute local gem.

5 /5 Tess Tsang: Annabel has been very helpful with my facials from the start. I had a few bespoke facials before trying microneedling (course of 6 sessions) for the first time. Overall, my skin is more even-toned, smoother, less sensitive and heals a lot faster than before. Annabel kept me informed of all the steps and only suggests what would be appropriate for me. She listens to what I wanted and have always been friendly and warm. Thank you so much for all your help making my skin glow naturally!

I have literally become obsessed with maintaining my daily skin routine and look forward to my appointments each month. I thought I had facials before seeing Annabel - now, I would never go for a standard salon facial again! She used a range of different techniques, tailor-made for my skin. She used lots of different techniques from collagen-induction therapy, micro-dermabrasion, peels, masks, oxygen & LED light therapy (to name a few!). My skin has improved so much and I really couldnt be happier! I always look forward to my appointments with Annabel. She is extremely knowledgable about what she does and her passion shines through. She always follows up after appointments and really cares about her clients progress. I am a convert to *real* skincare; now incorporating quality products and vitamins into my daily routine!
