5 /5 Bella Singh: I started my yoga sessions January 25. This was my first experience. I enjoy the variation of styles with different instructors. However each one is passionate and ensures different movements throughout each session. In 5 months i have gained great muscle strength, stability and flexibility in my joints, learnt how to release tensions through movements and be mindful of correct breathing. The teachers are incredibly welcoming and encouraging, creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I also had the opportunity to be part of the summer production, and performing in it was a truly enjoyable experience. The entire event was well-organized and made me feel proud to be part of the DNC community.
