5 /5 Isabelle Goodman: Absolutely love this nail salon! The team is so lovely and welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. My nails last significantly longer than at other places I’ve been, which really speaks to the quality of their work. The attention to detail in their designs is second to none – every set is flawless. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Samira Valero: First time visiting this salon and I have to say is one of my fave in London so far. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, professionals and not smelling polish at all. The treat was so hospitable and they offered me a tea or drink as soon as I started. I was attended by Tom who did a beautiful pedi and cut my toe nails in the shape requested . Definitely coming back !!!! 10/10

5 /5 Sophie B: Genuinely the best nail salon in London - been here 10 years and so happy I found D’Luxe 2 years ago! The salon is beautiful. Super clean and has a nice luxury feeling to it. The staff always offers complementary coffee, prosecco, water and biscuits which is a lovely touch! They have endless colours and do the best BIAB I have ever had anywhere. I haven’t had nail art done here but have seen them do amazing work on others. My nails have always been perfect and long lasting and I’m probably about 20 visits, I’ve never had any issues. The prices are very fair, some of the best I’ve ever seen in London for the service they offer! Lastly, the staff is so kind. They always know everyone by name and make you feel welcome. They know I have a busy job so they go above and beyond to always try and fit my appointment in, no matter how busy they are, because they really care about their customers!

1 /5 francesca bencivenga: Aside from the poor hygiene standards (no masks or gloves, and tools not kept in sanitising liquid), the customer service was extremely unprofessional. I wasn’t offered a drink, and the technicians were rude throughout the appointment. They repeatedly told me to “chill” despite the technician being very rough while doing my nails and tried to convince me that the nails were absolutely fine. As expected, my nails started chipping in less than a week. I will definitely not be returning to this salon.
