5 /5 Monika Hewavitarne: I have been going to Divine beauty for years, and this is the only salon il ever go to for my treatments! The salon is clean, friendly and I could not recommend aaliya more! I love getting my waxing done here and the results are always excellent, somehow even pain free, not sure how she does it but you can defo tell she has several years of experience and she cares about everyone of her customers. 1 /5 Rahima: I would give a zero if there was an option. Came here through a recommendation the lady who waxed my face completely ripped my skin. I told her whilst she was waxing that the area feels like it’s burning she said no this is fine I can see it’s all okay. So I took her word and let her continue. After once she had finished my face on both sides burned and one side has my skin completely peeled off. Secondly I specifically told her please don’t make my eyebrow thin. I asked for clean up only she has completely ruined my right brow and thinned it out so much. I had asked her I want to speak with manager she said there is no manager here. She didn’t even feel any remorse about what she has done to my face instead she was smirking in my face. The lady was absolutely disrespectful and unbothered towards me. WILL NEVER RETURN AND DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1 /5 leilah k: terrible: unprofessional people DONT RECOMMEND came in for an EYEBROW TINT and it specifies it come with brow clean up before hand, e.g shaping and cutting off stray hairs, i did that and they lady said i cant get my desired shape as i dont have an arched brow naturally so fair enough. she then proceeded to tell me it’s £10 for tinting which i agreed with but at the end of treatment she said it is £19 for service. even tho she didn’t say threading was an EXTRA £9 and on website it specifies that they clean brows befote tinting so i assumed that the threading was the reason, the worst beauty olace ive been to. when i was forced to pay a service that I didn’t ask for/ assumed was part of the package and didn’t specify an EXTRA fee. She went off laughing at me. the eyebrows look abhorrent and cannot even say it was worth it. if i could give 0 i would and the pictures will speak for themselves. i would recommend going to surbiton SAHARS BEAUTY SALON which will do eyebrow tinting for £12 including eyebrow map shaping waxing and a little concealer plus amazing customer service. If this salon does see my post a £9 refund should be expected if you have an ounce of integrity if you even know what that means..please help yourselves and avoid this place at all costs my reference picture, what I got and the service including eyebrow tidy whicu i was charged for wrongfully is down below. AVOID AVOID AVOID update: after getting a reply it did not address any of the issues i raised; on your treatwell it specifies that you CLEAN BROWS on the lamination tab, secondly look at how disastrous my brows look, consequently your rude and disrespectful staff members make this shop go from a 0 to a -5. getting beauty enhancements are an experience and people who are negative and clearly not costumer focused ruins everything
