I placed an order for chairs in June and months later I am still without the correct product or a refund.
I was sold these chairs while they were already out of stock, a fact that was never disclosed at the point of sale. Since then, I have contacted the company over 50 times and have been repeatedly misled with false promises that delivery was imminent.
The sales representative who took my payment has ignored over 20 calls, despite being responsive before the sale. This behaviour is unacceptable.
I was also sent a completely different chair to what was ordered. I notified the company immediately, yet no corrective action was taken.
A full refund was requested over two weeks ago and I was explicitly told it had been processed. No refund has been received, and I am now being ignored entirely — calls unanswered, placed on hold indefinitely, and no written confirmation provided.
This conduct may constitute misrepresentation and breach of consumer contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Given the number of similar reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behaviour.
If my refund is not returned immediately, I will proceed with:
• Chargeback through my bank
• Trading Standards complaint
• Small Claims Court action
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
