1 /5 catherine beck: Whilst staff were friendly, wax went onto/over areas that shouldnt have been! Wax was dripping over the equipment, and I could see items from previous treatments in the bin (photo taken before my treatment). I booked three wax treatments but the whole thing was over in minutes, it would normally have taken a minimum of 20 - 30 in other salons...it was as if shed not undergone professional training. Lots of residual wax left too. Nice people, but I wont be returning.

2 /5 Oghenekaro Obibi: Things have changed since I was there last. I went in asking for a manicure with fake nails, pedicure and threading and was told they dont do that (fake nails) anymore. Which was fine I guess do I opted for the basic. They ladies were friendly and kind but the manicure seamed to take forever and was not even that through. It was a shame. So I did not have the pedicure in the end and my nails vanish has already started coming off. The treading was fine well.

5 /5 Aysha Begum: I recently visited Dimples and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The salon is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a relaxing ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly Fenny always been amazing and have been going there for almost 10yrs and wouldn’t go else where. I especially loved how they used high-quality products whether it’s for facial or waxing I always felt rejuvenated. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and the results exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and confident! If you’re looking for a beauty salon that offers exceptional services in a relaxing and stylish environment, I highly recommend Dimples. I will definitely be coming back!

1 /5 Katy Oldfield: Ive always heard about the nightmare hair cut but never thought it would happen to me... until I went to Dimples in Tooting for a quick trim and some light layers. After having to wait a half hour for my hair dresser to show up, I was horrified when she began to cut. I cant adequately explain how awful the haircut was, so Ive included pictures. When I asked for a refund I was told Thats what layers look like! Honestly, my hair looks like the love child of a mullet and a bob. Thankfully I was given a (begrudging) refund after 3 days of calling and visiting the Salon. I could not recommend this place less.
