Sharelle Velinor I absolutely love these classes! Being able to join from the comfort of my own home takes the pressure off and helps me focus without distractions. I’m quite new to Pilates and initially joined after experiencing sciatica, sessions have truly delivered, and I’ve seen massive improvements. Each class leaves me feeling empowered and stronger. I love how I’m consistently challenged and encouraged to push my body beyond its comfort zone. Having access to the recordings is also a huge bonus, allowing me to practise whenever I like during the week. Marietta is an incredible teacher. She guides you through every movement with clarity and uses great analogies to help you engage the right muscles. Her supportive energy, encouragement, and attention to detail make all the difference, she not only helps you improve but makes the entire session enjoyable. Since joining, I’ve noticed real changes in both my physical and mental wellbeing my posture, strength, and confidence have all improved. Monday nights are officially Pilates night — no social plans or phone calls allowed! If you’re thinking about joining, you won’t be disappointed.

Kenya Fantie I’ve been going to Double Jab for just over a year now and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first session the gym has felt welcoming, inclusive and supportive. The coaches are not only skilled but genuinely lovely people who create a positive community where everyone feels encouraged. Before joining I could never stick to exercise. At Double Jab I am always learning, always challenged and always motivated to come back. The impact on my physical and mental health has been huge. I feel stronger, healthier and more confident than ever! The membership is also really affordable compared to most places, especially considering the quality of training and support you get. Koyas Uddin Small gym which has everything you need. The placement of equipment is good, leg curl besides the hamstring curl machine. I use the well Hub app, would be nice to enter the gym without speaking to staff. However, I always had a good experience with the staff members.

Sudeshna Chakravarty Ive only been training with Danny for a month so far, but the changes he has inspired in me are amazing. Ive always loathed the gym- in fact, most exercise- but the workouts that weve been doing are interesting and really fun! My situation was pretty dire, but Danny has been great; really supportive and brilliant at getting me to do things I didnt think would be possible. He really wants to help people achieve their best and is full of encouragement. Thanks for the inspiration, patience and the vote of confidence- youre the best!

QUIGLEY RONAN ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sleven Fitness is incredible! I’ve been training here for almost two and a half months, and it’s honestly the best fitness studio I’ve ever been to. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to step in and correct your form so you’re training safely and effectively. My fitness level has improved massively since joining. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and the classes are challenging but always fun. The community vibe is amazing too — everyone’s supportive and motivating. Couldn’t recommend Sleven enough!
