It’s private and intimate! It’s light and airy and there’s nothing intimidating about it. Here you get a workout tailored to your individual needs. There are only ever 3 or 4 people training at the same time. You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. A workout with weights and machines can be daunting but Harley is there every step of the way encouraging you and pushing you to your limit. Don’t procrastinate anymore- just go! You will feel amazing within weeks!

5 /5 Eddie Gyasi: DETOX is an amazing gym. They make you feel welcoming as soon as you walk in. I have been training with harley for few years now. The energy and vibes never fails. I always to look forward for my next session! The location is great and the environment as such offers a lot of facilities such us food and smoothies after hard work out. I’d recommend 10/10
