I was nervous to use someone different but was absolutely amazed how she first put me at ease and then delivered the hair style and makeup that I loved. Since my brother’s wedding I have used her for every function and have asked for different hair and make up styles and each time she nails it! I used the services to this salon after finding it on Google, I was a little hesitant as we all are when trying a new hair salon, but I have got to say Kiki was amazing, the second I walked into the salon she made me feel as ease, made me laugh until my belly hurt. She is such a kind wonderful person whom I am so happy to have had the fortune to meet. She is definitely my go to salon from now on. Went to Headmasters and after spending nearly £200 was unhappy at my botched up hair, Kiki took one look and said no problem I will fix it, I was attending my niece’s engagement party the next day so was really nervous, within a couple of hours o walked out with salon perfect hair, highlights for to perfection and the shade I wanted. Thank you so much Kiki, see you again very soon with my daughter this time. She is dedicated to her vocation as a hair specialist, professional but friendly and kind. She made me feel at home unlike the salons I have visited before. I have recommended Kiki to all my friends and colleagues. A true professional a true gem on Tooting. Simi Kokumo I visited the salon late at night, which is ideal as I have a busy schedule. The staff catered to my needs, offered me cold water and hung up my coat for me upon arrival. I got acrylic nails done and laser hair removal. Loved my nails! I was nervous at first as I’ve never had laser done. Ruby was very patient with me which made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions and the procedure was seamless. No pain. Friendly staff, great location, aesthetically pleasing interior. I’ll be visiting again!

YO I was hesitant about getting facials as it’s something I’ve never had done before. But she is really friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Extremely professional and takes the time to answer any questions and recommends products. I’ve been about 4/5 times and ever since people keep asking me what I’m doing to my skin. If you’re thinking about trying the girls haven I promise you won’t regret it !
