1 /5 Dhivya Ravindran: Disappointing interaction. I’ve been to this place a couple times before and had really nice haircuts with Valentina.
I booked a haircut and was on a bus to get to the salon. When I boarded the bus, I was due to arrive on time. The bus got really delayed and I called the salon 10 minutes before the appointment to tell them at my ETA had gone up significantly and ask if there was anything I could do.
They told me they had a strict cut off at 15 minutes, which is fair but told me there was nothing they could do to refund (even partially) or rebook the appointment. The people I spoke to on the phone were unhelpful even acknowledging that it wasn’t my fault and there wasn’t anything I could do but still saying they couldn’t help as “I’m not the one who’s late”. The lady I spoke to suggested getting out of the bus and getting an uber but noted that I still wouldn’t be able to get the service if I didn’t reach within 15 minutes of the appointment.
Incredibly disappointing interaction with them. I quite liked this place before and was planning on coming back.
