1 /5 Luannah Luannah: Went in there with my friend to get our eyebrows done. I was completely ignored and only did my friend even though we both said we want our eyebrows done. Terrible customer service. The employee acted like she didnt really want to work. Very disappointed. Wont be coming here again as I felt very unwelcome.

1 /5 Fae Najim: When I went for a full face wax I was immediately sat down and told it was going to cost me £20. however, when I came to pay I was told it was £25 despite the fact of that pricing NOT being, 1. on the pricelist and 2. told to me the moment I had asked!! I was honestly SO disappointed by this and even more disappointed by their reasoning being that “it took them too long” to wax me, it took them only 25 minutes to wax and thread my entire face and neck. regardless, I paid for the services that THEY offered no matter how long it takes. It was extremely unprofessional and unfair to be pressured, I am appalled! DO BETTER.
