1 /5 Ayda Margetson: I am extremely disappointed with how this club has handled a recent situation, and I feel compelled to speak up.
Our Pilates instructor, Barbara, was treated very poorly by management and ultimately fired without any consideration for the many loyal members who supported her. A large number of us signed a petition asking for her to stay, yet our voices were completely ignored. This shows a serious lack of respect for the membership and for open communication.
To make matters worse, membership fees are being increased while the quality of service is clearly declining. Barbara has not been replaced, and there are now no Pilates classes at all. Pilates was one of the main reasons many of us joined and continue to pay for our memberships — yet we are now paying for a service that is no longer being offered.
Raising prices, removing key classes, and ignoring member feedback is unacceptable. This is not how a professional or member-focused organization should operate. Unless there are meaningful changes and better communication, I cannot recommend this club.
