I have learned and progressed more in 12 months here than through 12 years of powerlifting & bodybuilding training. I am fitter and stronger than ever at the age of 29, and look better than I ever did running myself into the ground with 5x 2-hour gym sessions a week. Come down and try it out, if you don’t fall in love with the style of training I guarantee you’ll stick around for the community.

All I’ve felt in every class I’ve attended is warmth and positivity from everybody in gym. The owner/PT’s are all encouraging and extremely knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to help you. Already I’ve seen huge progress both physically and mentally. I can confidently say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been a member of.

Habitat, the members, the coaches and equipment is on another level of brilliance. The programming of classes are expertly curated and my strength, lifts and cardiovascular system gets better and better just my doing the classes. I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms and without a doubt CrossFit Habitat is the NO.1 CrossFit gym and all round holy church of health and fitness.
