Marinna I love Studio 281, especially Alisha. She makes every class a challenge and helps us improve every day. I wish she would teach more days a week.

Jane Greenaway As someone in my 50s and completely new to Pilates, taking Pali’s Pilates classes has been a game-changer for me. Pali’s depth of knowledge and passion for what she does are immediately evident. She takes the time to ensure proper form, posture, and technique, and is always considerate to each individual’s needs. Her classes are welcoming, enjoyable, and varied. They can be challenging, but they’re always engaging and never intimidating. Since starting, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my movement, balance, and coordination. I can’t recommend Pali highly enough!
