Becky G Wasnt sure what to expect as new to pilates but Amanda is very good at guiding you through and explaining it in ways that are really relatable. I come out of class each week feeling very relaxed and it is clear that I am also becoming stronger and more flexible as a result. Smaller classes also feel more personal than large gym-style sessions.

Reviews Reviews I walked in and was immediately seen to! I was looked after very well, I went in for a full set and a pedicure. My nail design idea was via a photo on Pinterest and without hesitation I got exactly what I wanted and more! I am so pleased to have found a new nail tech! I will be definitely be recommending this place to everyone!!! - last time I came in I was also treated with such a warm welcome as I was with my toddler and every effort was made to make us both feel incredibly comfortable! 4.9 stars for a reason

Eleena PK Nice place, being here for swimming competition, long course swim. Parking is free for threes hours or if you come for an event who is long then 3 hours you have to register your number plate at the reception desk. If you come for a swimming event be aware of the limited space of seats and quite difficult to move on from one side to other. Coffee shop is nice and with lots of places to seats. Nice, polite staff.

Adriatico Food Been using the facilities for over 7 years. Whats not to like; driving through a beautiful park to get to it, plenty of parking anytime of the day and recent gym refurb is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Ruth Beckwith After several attempts trying to find a good sports massage therapist, Tony is definitely someone I will be going back to. He has a wealth of knowledge and after initial consultation was able to understand and treat my neck/shoulder problem with deep tissue massage and needle therapy. Can really feel the benefit after one visit and I will be returning, and can definitely recommend him
