Olivia Williams Hosted a birthday pole party at the studio and the whole experience of hiring was incredible, I cannot fault it. The instructions of how to use the facilities and enter the studio were so clear, concise and well described. All my questions ahead of the booking were answered and explained well, and the contract and payment was really clear and easy to understand, and Chloe and Nina were so professional, attentive and accommodating. I booked for a Pole party and used the stage to host a show, and cannot recommend enough, it’s a stunning stage to perform on. There is such a great attention to detail on how the studio is designed, which made it an excellent space to host an event in. The studio is absolutely beautiful, the air con is excellent (and was needed on a hot summer’s day) and the toilets are clean and accessible. The equipment available is high spec and in great condition and all of my guests commented on how great the venue was. Would highly recommend!!

Milikilawat I joined the Energie Fitness Borough gym early September 2025 as I wanted to use the sauna. I have been pleasantly surprised by how clean the Girls changing facilities are, as my previous gym was not well maintained and suffered from drain flies, cockroaches, and other consequences of a dirty environment. I usually visit later in the evening and Im often there when Adama, the regular cleaner, comes in to do her job. Adama is so considerate and helpful, she has always made sure I dont feel like Im in her way, going out of her way to enable me to use the changing room, showers, and toilets while shes cleaning the areas. However, I do have one complaint regarding the facilities. I no longer use the large bin in the Girls locker room as my hand got trapped by the weighted swing lid and it was very painful.

I absolutely enjoyed the course very much, it’s easy to navigate the online study system and the best part has been the help I get. With regular support and communication from expect tutors and assessors. No question is too big and the response is very fast. Would absolutely recommend.
