1 /5 nahal mansouri: I had a Hydrafacial treatment yesterday, which was supposed to deeply cleanse my pores and remove blackheads, as promised when I booked. However, I left the clinic with everything still uncleansed. I paid £170 for what ended up being roughly 10 minutes under an LED light mask, and the clinician used needles that left marks and seemed to worsen the appearance of my acne.
Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly tried to sell products from their partner brand, and at the end she even gave me a list of items she thought I āneededā, despite me never asking for product recommendations. She also commented on my past facial laser hair removal, claiming the clinic I used ādid not do a good jobā and that I had āhair folliclesā on my face, which is completely untrue. My facial hair is naturally thin and the laser simply didnāt work for me, there are no visible hair follicles as she suggested.
To make things worse, after the treatment I received four WhatsApp messages from their product partner trying to sell me items. Iām not even sure how they got my phone number, and I definitely did not give consent to receive marketing messages from their partner company.
Overall, it was not a good experience and absolutely not worth the money. The treatment did nothing to help my skin, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for Hydrafacials (I canāt comment on their other treatments).
