1 /5 Jodie Burling: Not sure how this place has 4.7 out of 5. I should have known it would be awful when I walked in and not a soul was in there. Not very welcoming, the girl who was doing my nails was rude, not friendly at all, so unprofessional, sitting there behind her mask yawning making me feel like I’m a burden. I tried to make convo but just got a can’t be bothered look from her. She buffed the bias from my nails, didn’t ask if I wanted my nails cut down even tho you could see they had massively grown out. I then asked for her to trim them, she then cut them and all odd lengths, I had to ask her to check the fingers on both hands matching them up to make sure all same size, I then asked for rounded shape at the end, and to not file the sides, as I do not like the almond shape. She proceeded to file the sides down again twice and then I stopped her and said I don’t think she’s going to do my nails as I want so rather than sit there the whole time and be unhappy at the end I just left it and walked out. I was trained years ago how to do nails, and I’ve been going to nail shops for years, she wasn’t even doing the bare basics. Absolutely awful, and awful custom too, made me feel so ally uncomfortably, never again!
