5 /5 Colette Dove: I really enjoy the range of classes to choose from here at Chrome Cave where pole classes, heels choreos, flow, silks, workshops, training days and calisthenics are taught in small groups by Bella, Lawrence and Ella. It’s a friendly environment and teaching too is encouraging and friendly. There is a callisthenics studio and a pole studio which has 5 floor to ceiling poles and is bright and pretty. Always good!

5 /5 Kris H: What can I say. I’m 53 and learning new tricks. Wanted to move from a gym routine and try something different. Talked into it by my running buddy, Lawrence & Bella have provided an opportunity for me to try a rings class and a flexibility class. I learned 2 things quickly, gym strong is definitely not calisthenics strong… and I’m as flexible as a scaffold board. A few weeks in under their tutelage I’m getting stronger and more flexible. From being as flexible as the tin man to attempting the splits (that is my end goal) in a few short weeks and being able to attempt a partial (very partial) iron cross on the rings, this has ticked all the boxes I was looking for in a change up in my routine. And you get awesome shoulders for the beach too. A win-win! Try them out. You’ll feel relaxed and welcome while you attempt something new and very different!

5 /5 Faerie Starla: Chrome Cave offers an amazing range of classes centered around Pole and Calisthenics, Bella and Lawrence and the rest of the team are fantastic instructors who take the time to nurture everyones individual strengths and encourage you to do the best you can! Classes are fun, relaxed with a sense of family at the centre! My children also attend the childrens classes and they always eager and excited to attend these, their confidence and range of skills have grown loads over the years. Chrome Cave offers a great niche in the market and if your looking for something fun and different as well as challenging Chrome Cave is the place to go for all the family!
