5 /5 C Hill: I went to so many different salons but this one was different I was always greeted with a smile from Phong. I had a fantastic experience here. I felt comfortable and relaxed and they understood most importantly what I wanted. Its been hard to choose from so many nail salons. I was staying at the Dorsett hotel across the way as their spa is under renovation until 2026. Lee really took good care of my nails with a complimentary drink. The last experience I had my pinky nail was damaged. I really enjoyed and he gave me confidence to continue to look after my nails. I told my daughter where to come and she had a full treatment and even though it was passed closing time the finishing results were amazing. I would highly recommend coming here as you wont be disappointed. The prices are reasonable and received a gift after payment which surprised me and made me feel good at the same time. My nails look very natural which is what I asked for, not too long or feeling heavy

1 /5 Rayhanah Zaky: Honestly super disappointed! I booked this on their website and it said £18 for classic manicure (which I think isn’t the cheapest anyways). Got my nails done and can see that it was not painted well and the cuticles weren’t completely removed. When I went to pay I was told £25. When I showed my booking confirmation with £18, the man said the website isn’t updated and then showed me the prices on the wall saying it’s “from £20”. There was no £25 - just “from £20”. He did apologise but I really feel the price from the website should have been honoured and they shouldn’t link their website on here if it’s not accurate. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid but truly seeing my nails and how poorly they were done bothers me. It’s nowhere near a £25 worth manicure at all. The only good things I’ll mention to be fair in my review was a polite woman who was south Asian who offered a drink and got me the colour I wanted. That’s it. I’ll definitely be looking for a new nail salon now.
