1 /5 Aurora Dedja-Lika: I am a regular customer here, especially for acrylic nails when I want some added length, but I have never been as disappointed as I was during my recent visit- today . I chose a colour that ended up going all over the place when they applied the powder. Even people in the salon , staff and other customers looked surprised at how messy the work was and even made comments about it . I had witnesses who saw everything. Not to mention I was in that chair for 2 hours or so.
I asked them to tidy it up, and they told me they would fix it later, but they did not. Instead, they removed the colour completely because it looked so bad, then blamed the product and applied a different one which still ended up all over my skin. On top of that, I did not get the glitter I had specifically asked for. I still paid full price, and although I did not want to argue, the whole experience left me genuinely shaken.
As a professional myself, I should have addressed this more firmly, but out of respect and because they usually do excellent work, I held back. I normally leave a tip, but this time I honestly could not justify it. I am extremely unimpressed and now feel hesitant about returning. Maybe it was just one bad experience, but I am really not sure.
