I’m very disappointed with colaz on Rayners Lane. They closed down without any prior notice, and I still have remaining laser treatment sessions that I paid for in advance. No one has contacted me to explain what’s going to happen—whether we’ll be refunded or offered the remaining sessions elsewhere. It’s completely unprofessional to leave loyal customers in the dark like this. I expected much better.
