Not only is she personable and friendly but she takes the time to discuss what you would like to have done and shapes that would suit your face shape and existing brows. I love coming to Charlotte and would highly recommend her.

I was super nervous to go for a brow lamination and after talking it through with Charlotte and taking the plunge.. I’ll never go back to dull brows again!! The knowledge and background Charlotte has about different beauty products is incredible and if I ever have a question she is always happy to help guide me. If you haven’t already, the ultimate facial is a must as well as the brow and lash combo package!!

She always takes the time to understand what I would like and ensures the finished look suits my colouring and face shape. My favourite part is always my eye makeup, and the whole look lasts all day and night. I had a brow lamination to make my thin brows appear thicker and am amazed and delighted with the results. They look fab.
