3 /5 Mags Zielinska-Banks: The beauticians at Cazelle are both fantastic- I get my nails done with both Neha and Jignesh and love the service they provide. The big problem with Cazelle is the online booking system. The slot booked online for a shellac removal is 15mins, however the treatment takes longer. The last three times I have booked online- fitting around work meetings etc- I have then had a call to reschedule as the slot booked is too short. Neha and Jignesh both try to be as accommodating as possible so this is entirely not their fault, but if there are other treatments booked around based on the online system only scheduling 15mins, I have been asked to reschedule. This is incredibly frustrating, and also easily solvable with an update to the slot times on the online booking system.
