Tyra Ameyaw The absolute best salon experience. Nellie, Jo and Jacqueline were amazing with dealing with my hair (that I find quite difficult to deal with)! Jo sat down and gave me a consultation, truly showing genuine care for my hair. I can’t believe service like this exists in London, where the work isn’t just being done for profit, but with a genuine sense of care and passion for every customer. Nellie was so amazing with my hair, I had come in with my hair unwashed and was worried that it wouldn’t be washed properly. Nellie cleansed my hair so throughly and gently, and did it better than any time I’d ever washed my own hair. She was the most lovely soul and so attentive to my needs, offering me food or drink. During and after the service, they suggested products for me to use going forward and basically drew up a plan to help me grow my hair. You can tell that these are professionals, who can deal with any type of hair texture or type, and know their craft to a scientific level. I’m so happy to have found Jo Johnson salon & will be a regular!
