Chloe and Kayleigh were both so friendly, welcoming, and understanding, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve. I felt comfortable, reassured, and well looked after throughout. I’m really happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend

1 /5 M J: I had Botox three areas with Chloe. The first appointment I made I was contacted and asked to attend three hours earlier. I was unable to attend at this time due to work and Chloe graciously agreed to keep booked appointment with me. The initial Botox appointment went quickly and well however left me with a lot of movement and horrendous squiggly lines. I made a following appointment for a top up this was cancelled a couple hours prior and rearranged due to Chloe being out of area. I rescheduled appointment with Chloe. At the top up appointment Chloe appeared inconvenienced and caused considerable pain leaving me in tears. Despite the top up I am still left with lots of movement and ugly lines on forehead.

5 /5 Anya Masters: Had the most amazing couples massage & facial that i returned for a facial & head massage. Both Chloe and her team are extremely friendly, welcoming & most importantly brilliant at their treatments. Because of their hotel spa background i find they go the extra mile when having a treatment and just when you think its over they do more in the routine which is lovely. The products smell amazing and after i come away so relaxed. The salon/spa itself is extremely clean, smell nice and it really relaxing with the music & mood lighting. The treatment costs are also really reasonable. I will return for a 3rd visit and more! Highly recommend! Thank you!

She was incredibly understanding, took the time to walk me through the different treatments, and helped me choose the perfect package. My wife absolutely loved the experience and felt truly pampered. The service was professional, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. Thank you, Chloe, for making her special day even more memorable! Highly recommend!
