Gem Clack The best thing I have ever done for myself. As a busy Mum of 3 kids its a struggle to find the time to do anything for me especially when it comes to fitness. This has been an absolute game changer for my health and fitness both mentally and physically and I would recommend everyone give this a go. This isnt just a lifting group its a group of women cheering each other on, supporting each other and sharing life struggles all in the space of an hour. I just wish I had more time to go more often.
