Sarah Marshall I have never really liked exercise if I am totally honest and I have dipped in and out of it over the years. After signing up for the white collar boxing I was offered to attend Hatten Boxing on a Sunday ran by Kelly. I started to go to help me with my fight and started to really enjoy them. After my fight Kelly offered me a trial session at her boot camp and I really enjoyed it. I decide to sign up and have been going to enigma fitness MK for nearly 2 years. The classes accommodate everyone and Kelly and Catherine are both amazing, supportive and dedicated trainers who make the classes hard work but also a lot of fun and the ladies that attend are a lovely, friendly, supportive bunch! It is really like a family, I love it and would thoroughly recommend it! Its never to late to start and Kelly has made me love exercising and has helped to give me back my confidence! I cant recommend enigma fitness MK enough.

Amanda Dallison Went to the free play session with my 15month old. It was great, loads for him to do and he loved running around and climbing everything. Will defintely be going back! ONLY reason i havent given 5stars is because it really could have done with a hoover. We were in at 9:30am, so it had just opened, but the floor was filthy. Younger children were picking up bits off the floor and trying to put it in their mouths.

Samantha Plumridge We have been attending Tumbletots since my daughter could crawl. She is now nearly 2years old. Her confidence in climbing has grown so much! We have both learnt a lot through Tumbletots. I have learnt how to guide her on the different obstacles and Lacey has learnt to listen and follow my guidance, to wait her turn on things, and to come together for circle time. She really enjoys it. And the teachers have so much patience with her. Lacey is very strong headed, and at first wouldnt let them help her, but now she listens to them and I am so proud of her.

Choulamite Soudry-Sacks I have been lucky to take part in few Yoga sessions that Sonali led. She is an excellent yoga teacher and adjust the exercises to your physical ability/level. Her gentle and soft voice helped me relax and enjoy the session fully. Cant recommend her enough !!
