1 /5 Isle For Dogs Boutique: Booked appointment 2 weeks before for holiday wax. Hour and a half before appointment cancelled because the woman wasn’t feeling well. Absolutely unprofessional and i would not deal with them ever again! You can’t trust to have your appointments with this place! Absolutely shameful

5 /5 jackie hedges: I’ve lived in the Rainham area for years and I’ve only just discovered Browns. The sunbeds are great. I had a couple of courses before my holiday. Stopped me burning. I’ve also had a great set of lashes done, first time I managed to keep them because I couldn’t feel the glue. Brook is so good at what she does. Two weeks ago I had a lash tint and curl. They look fabulous. Again Brook done a great job.

5 /5 Lola: Great service, friendly staff and overall amazing place. I booked with them over Facebook messenger, they replied quickly and promptly, booking me in the next day. When I turned up I was greeted and offered beverages, I had to wait a little while but was seen to. It was my first time there so I had to fill out some details about me before going in. I had Stacey as my beautician, and she did a fantastic job, I got waxing and she made sure to make me feel comfortable whilst doing her job diligently. I recommend this place and even booked in for my mom!
