Every visit feels special thanks to their bespoke approach, with thoughtful touches like great coffee and snacks that make you feel genuinely looked after. I’ve been colouring my hair with Paco for the past 8 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. His expertise, attention to detail, and care for hair health are unmatched ,my hair always looks stunning, healthy, and perfectly tailored to me. The quality of the service, the results, and the overall experience are consistently amazing. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. MrXizle just read this review i am really quite shocked , i too bought my girlfriend 3 micro dermabrasion facials from living social . Due too the birth of our daughter she was unable to use the voucher in the allocated time. Once the situation was explained the salon was only too happy to accommodate. We were well aware that our voucher expired in July but the salon owner allowed the voucher to still be used . I really appreciated this good will gesture as the voucher was 3 months out of date . Thank you Urban Beauty we will be returning !!

Jo W I have been coming here for years and I always leave so happy with the results. Kiran (I still crave your massages!) and Imogen are both brilliant, so are lovely Daria and Catalina at reception. Today, I had the most amazing consultation and shellac manicure with Tina. She suggested something I wouldn’t have tried myself, but when she swatched the colour (black cherry) I fell in love.
