1 /5 Alicia Essex: Four months ago I had posted a 5* review about attention to detail, addressing cuticles, excellent work. I’m now amending to 1. I’m so annoyed and disappointed for the second time running now. I have grace in case my last appointment was a glitch. But no. Today was the worst. I’m not going back as their standards have dropped a lot. Firstly, I had an appointment. I’m in time. They make me wait 50 minutes past my appointment! Almost an hour!!! They took multiple walk ins and just had me sit and wait. Similar happened last time but then it was half an hour. They no longer pay any attention to what they’re doing. My nails last time and today are very messy, they’re not smooth - today you can actually see fingerprint in the finish. They no longer pay attention to covering your nail with product either. My nails have no dipping powder towards the sides of my nails then the nails are filed taking off so much product. I ask for my cuticles to be trimmed too. I believe they just glided it over making it look as though they trim them. There are bubbles in the finish. So messy. I’m now in search of someplace local that actually consistently pay attention (instead of gazing of into space), take pride in doing their work and do a good job.
