Heidi Duckworth Vonie is amazing. We have been training with her for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is motivating and encouraging, and totally inspiring. Her sessions are varied and fun. They are a mix of boxing and PT and she will adjust to suit the client. She is the best PT I’ve come across.
