The salon is good and staff are really Friendly, good prices for location and they go through with you which styles to choose and give advice on after hair care. Will definitely be going back...

5 /5 kimberley pratt: This is my third or fourth visit to be proud hair salon. I normally have weave, treatment, take out, single plaits, trim, blow dry, straighten etc. I went there on Saturday to have a wash, treatment, blow dry and single plaits. I was seen on time, given excellent advice, listened to and given a fantastic service. The owners really work hard to create a fantastic opportunity for people in the local area to experience a business that is run to perfection. They are a great team and I trust them with my hair which is a first. I have tried other places and I am happy to travel for 1 hour to get the best and it is premium price because they do a premium service.

1 /5 Natasha Lee: Oh my gosh I have never been so appalled by a public service, or if you can even call it a service! I was quoted £30 2 days prior for half a head of 5 canerow and a shape up just on the sides. The ‘Receptionist’ (tall lazy looking black young Male with dreads) I use that term ‘Receptionist’ loosely, that told me £30 then said to me upon payment, £45. I obviously told him what he told me 2 days ago! He then proceeded to argue with me and it became very clear to me at that point why they barely have any customers in their shop! He’s was extremely rude and I was in no way defended by his colleague Mya! It’s a shame as the stylists are good but the whole entire experience of going to a hairdresser is an appalling one and a HUGE let down! I said to him I am trying to be a loyal customer and you are being very rude to me! He replied ‘don’t come back’! Wow....never in my life have I experienced such atrocious service! B PROUD....You guys have absolutely nothing to be ‘PROUD OF’! I am disgusted

1 /5 Natasha Randall: Awful experience alongside terrible customer service. Been growing my nails for ages and one broke but decided to get my nails done, because Im going to a wedding at the weekend. Figured they could cut them down to the lowest length so they looked even but still had some length. Think I got a newbie because not only did he cut my nails unevenly, they are so short the skin behind has been exposed. His shaping skills were awful and the polish was patchy and had gaps in places, didnt even reach the edges on some nails! Reckon I could have done a better job myself. Went back the following day to discuss some level of compensation with the manager (he was not available the day before) for the terrible workmanship but this was far from an easy task. First of all he tried to just fob me off but I kept pressing. Refund request was point blank refused as was a request to be compensated for my nails being cut so short. Although he said he would do a full set of nails for an additional £11 - what a cheek! In the end I was given a free reshape/removal and repolish, colour of my choice. This time my nails are even and the polish has been applied to better a better standard but of course this does not make up for the lack of length my nails no longer have. Thoroughly recommend you stay away from this salon, there are much better elsewhere in and around Brixton and neighbouring areas who would be much more understanding of their errors and the fact they ruined someones first ever shellac nail experience.

1 /5 Amani Bb: Thought Id give these guys a chance as they are relatively new and claim to ""be different"". Very unprofessional, and staff are under qualified and inexperienced. Hair takes hours and I mean almost a whole day to do a job that should only be max 1/2 hours! And even still they dont do the job properly! Iv never in my life done a bad review but this must be done to warm others!
