Kate Atkinson Coz’s dynamic Pilates class at My Pilates House was fantastic—it really challenged my strength, flexibility, and balance. She’s an excellent teacher, offering clear explanations and demonstrations for each exercise, which made everything easy to follow. The studio is light, airy, and spotless, with reformer beds that are super intuitive to use. A top-tier class in a beautiful, welcoming space—I’ll definitely be back!

Facilities such as changing rooms were clean, and the bathrooms too were good with warm water I did see some boxing facilities, cant comment, I know nothing about boxing Added a few pics

Ravi Ku I’m very happy with this gym and my overall experience here. The equipment is modern, the gym is well managed, and everything is generally very clean. What really stands out is the staff — the trainers are approachable and genuinely helpful, not pretending to help like I’ve experienced at other gyms. That makes a huge difference. A special shout-out to Ben — he consistently goes above and beyond. He’s great with technique, always takes the time to explain things properly, and keeps workouts motivating. His positive energy really improves the experience. Maddie - Thanks for setting up the account for me. Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement: The men’s changing room can often stay quite wet, so keeping the floor drier throughout the day would be great. While I know staff constantly try to keep it dry but it needs some attention While there is already a full body-measurement machine, adding a simple digital weight-only scale would make quick progress check-ins easier. Overall, this is a fantastic gym with a supportive team. Highly recommended!
